Founder and Principal
Bernd (Ben) Braeuer is a champion of the International Hi-tech Corporate World who has more recently turned his attention to the creation of innovative programs creating positive change in children and young people in today's society:
Ericsson:
Indonesia: Colombo Plan Telecommunications Aid Project.
Papua New Guinea: Conquering logistical nightmares, and elimination of his firm’s competitors.
Australia: Introduction of the latest technology to modernise the Australian Telecommunications Network

International Sales Success - No 1 in international private communication system sales.
Developing global marketing concepts
Responsible for corporate strategy, export strategy and international co-operation, leading to the largest-ever order by an Australian consortium in Thailand.
Private Business Consultancy:
Deciding to step away from the corporate world in 2001 to take up independent consultancy based in Queensland, Ben has provided strategic advice to a wide variety of clients including the Queensland Government. He co-hosted a Queensland Government business mission to Germany led by Queensland Premier The Hon Wayne Goss. He was responsible for promoting Queensland’s Gold Coast as a Hi-tech industry destination at the world’s largest Telecommunications and Computing Fair, CeBIT, in Hanover Germany. Ben also established his own motivational course ‘Focus for Achievement’ ™ conducting this both within the Australian TAFE System & for the Australian Americas Cup Yachting team Sydney 95, also providing strategic technology advice in Australia and at the Americas Cup in San Diego to team One Australia.
Community and Conservation:
Since 1999, Ben has been responsible for creating World-first Youth Prevention and Intervention Programs designed to combat the rise in youth anti-social behaviour (Youth Crime, Bullying, Vandalism, Drug-taking) under his not-for-profit Australian Youth Charity, New Beginnings International. This change in career path was triggered by a series of life altering event in 1997. Since then, the charity's programs have had positive direct and indirect impact on over 45,000 young people and received national recognition in the 2017 Telstra Business Awards.
In 2020 Ben's charity extended the existing conservation part of their programs by introducing a stand-alone comprehensive 3-level Youth Marine Conservation Program that has received wide recognition from all involved sections of the Queensland community, as well as a Research Project in 2024/25 aimed at Protecting and Preserving the Great Barrier Reef's Coral Ecosystem.
Book Author:
Ben's wide level of knowledge and experience gained in the International Corporate World, through his extensive international travel, and his more recent involvement in community work is unparalleled. In 2024, based on his some of his life experience, Ben decided to put Pen to Paper' to write his first Motivational Book 'Climbing Mountains, Reaching Goals', as a guide to assist anyone, young or old, who is struggling to find his or her way in life.
